Servo Changeover
Servo-controlled changeovers in under 15 minutes to minimize downtime.
This world-class case packing and tray packaging machine handles tissue and nonwovens product case packing at a rate of up to 15 cases per minute in a compact footprint. When it comes to choosing packaging machinery, one of the most important considerations is how much floorspace is available. For applications requiring a compact footprint, the 3600C is the obvious choice to add efficiency and speed.

Frequent product changeovers can cause delays. Edson emphasizes making its case packing machinery customizable for various case sizes, and this system is suited for case dimensions as small as 8" and as large as 28". The robust machine design features ergonomic access points, an Allen-Bradley controls platform, and a main control panel for faster installation. Early flap tucking provides stability, and the case is sealed by hot melt glue.
The 3600C is best suited for “away from home” tissue and non-woven products. It is ideal for a number of industries, including retail tissue, diaper packaging, facial tissue, feminine care, retail paper towels, wipes, incontinence products (adult diapers and bed pads), and pet training pads.
