DJS Systems
IG Series Automated Case Packing System
This automated caser, or case packing system, is the great companion to the DJS TPA and VB series machines to pack the bagged lids and cups. Each cell consists of a six-axis robot that erects the box, tapes the bottom, and presents it for loading or packing. With rates up to 5 cases a minute, the automated caser provides maximum automation in a small footprint.
DJS configures each solution to the application and drives each SKU changeover from the HMI recipe. Customers will enjoy HMI controls with a look and feel similar to their TPA and VB series equipment, making it easier to train operators on the whole line.
