This versatile semi-automatic case erector and packing station is ideal for hand packing lines. The machine dynamically folds the bottom of the case and holds it in place for the operator to begin packing. This allows for quick and ergonomic case packing, much more efficient than a traditional hand pack line.

Adaptable to Any Environment

The most compact of the entire BEL 505 series, the BEL 505G3 is designed to fit in plants with extremely limited floor space and allows ergonomic, convenient packing from 3 different sides of the machine, providing flexible case erecting from all sides. Its versatility is especially evident in operations with tight floor space or those running multiple packing lines. Due to its flexible design, it features the largest case size range of all BEL case erectors, and it is easy to use and maintain.

The machine also excels in wet environments: Enviroguard options add water and corrosion resistance, and a stainless steel version is available for applications with washdown and moist environments.

Like the rest of the BEL 505 line of compact, ergonomic form and pack stations for manual hand pack lines, it allows one operator to form, pack and seal corrugated cases in a single operation when combined with a BEL case sealer. It can be paired with a BEL 150 series machine to create a WFPS 5150 Form, Pack and Seal System.

The BEL 505G3 is ideal for a number of industries, including the dairy products, personal care products, craft beer, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.
