The BEL 615 is an entry-level fully automatic case erector and the easy upgrade to full automation: a smart, cost-effective step that delivers high-value automation for manufacturers while streamlining operations, improving safety and maximizing throughput. It forms and bottom-seals each case and offers user-friendly operation.
Its ergonomic, powered low-load magazine allows safe, continuous case loading during operation and minimizes operator strain, improving efficiency and safety. Operator-friendly color-coded change handles and pictorial guides allow intuitive, tool-less changeovers in under five minutes, and the machine features a full-color touchscreen HMI.
A dynamic flap-folding system ensures precise, scoreline-accurate folds, while the solid-backed compliant belt drive produces square, flat-bottom cases every time. The machine is optimized for the premium, high-performance DEKKA tape head, which provides an effective, reliable case seal with minimal waste.
