CPH655SV Fully Automatic Servo Four-Corner Edge Case Sealer
This fully automatic case sealer uses an L-shaped corner-pushing mechanism to convey cases into the machine for four-corner edge sealing after the preceding straight-line case sealer completes the center-seam sealing.
Two programs, up to 10–12 cases/min
Travel-switch adaptive and fixed-size input programs are available; servo control reaches 6–7 cases/min adjusting automatically and 10–12 cases/min with fixed-size pre-adjustment.
Refined doors that stop the machine when opened
The acrylic and metal door panels look refined, and opening a safety door stops the machine and triggers an alarm.
When case sizes change, no manual size adjustment is required. A photoelectric sensor automatically detects the case, and the servo system automatically moves into position to intelligently adjust to the case size. The machine is suitable for sealing cases of multiple specifications during the same operating period.
