The machine is built for uniform-sized corrugated boxes and features operator-assisted top and bottom flap folding, with an integrated anchor system that automatically folds three top flaps while helping simplify bottom flap folding. Once packed, cartons move directly into the sealing section for consistent top and bottom tape application. Ideal for manufacturing, fulfillment, warehousing, and distribution operations, the SD-653FTB helps reduce handling, improve packaging efficiency, and increase productivity while delivering professional sealing results.
Operators adjust the machine's height and width to fit their case, and the extension iron board gives the operator assistance in folding. The machine is designed for packing, folding, and sealing all in one spot. When uniform cases enter the conveyor belt, the top and bottom of the boxes are taped as they move down into the outfeed.
