This automatic flap-closing case sealer is designed to streamline end-of-line packaging operations by automatically folding and sealing the top flaps of uniform-sized corrugated cartons.
Precise sealing with Piranha tape heads
Top-of-the-line Piranha tape heads provide precise top and bottom sealing, and side-mounted compression rollers give tight seals.
Safety glass and door safety interlocks
Standard safety glass panels help protect operators while giving a clear view of sealing. Door interlocks shut down the machine if a safety door is opened during operation.
The machine is ideal for manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution environments and applies consistent top and bottom tape seals while reducing manual labor and improving packaging efficiency. Operators adjust the machine's height and width to fit their case. When uniform cases enter the conveyor belt, the top and bottom of the boxes are taped as they move down into the outfeed. This machine offers automatic folding of all top flaps.
