This semi-automatic random case sealer is designed to efficiently seal corrugated cartons of varying sizes in manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution environments.
Tapes top and bottom seams in a single pass
The SR-655 applies tape to both the top and bottom center seams in a single pass. Top-of-the-line Piranha tape heads provide precise top and bottom sealing.
Attaches to a conveyor line or moves on casters
The machine can be attached to a conveyor line, with adjustable legs to match its height. Casters offer true portability for machine placement inside the plant.
Operator protection with a clear view of sealing
Mesh steel guarding ensures operator safety. The safety guarding helps protect operators while maintaining visibility of the sealing process.
The machine is ideal for operations that process multiple box dimensions and provides reliable top and bottom tape application. Built for dependable performance and ease of operation, the SR-655 helps improve packaging productivity, reduce labor requirements, and deliver consistent sealing results across a wide range of packaging applications.
When the case enters the machine, the dimensions are automatically measured. The case is then pulled down the conveyor belt, where the top and bottom of the case are taped while moving down into the outfeed.
