Cube® Smart Stretch Wrapping technology

Innovative technology combines multi-level variable pre-stretch, multi-level variable containment force, proactive corner compensation, and strategic film placement to successfully wrap loads and ensure they reach customers in as-made condition by maintaining proper wrapping standards.

Optional EVO spring clamp

This optional system clamps, cuts, and seals film without contacting the product. Patented spring steel proportionally reduces the film band, and an air blower seals the film's initial edge within the wrapping. Electronically controlled impulse sealing at constant film thickness guarantees perfect finishing of the film's end edge.

Final sealing takes place on a mechanical support, accurately avoiding direct contact with the product. A version with horizontal movement that is mobile and liftable is also available.

Optional pallet lifter

A pneumatic- or hydraulic-drive system lifts the pallet in the conveyor at the center of the machine so the wooden pallet can be wrapped completely. It enables extremely flexible management of product and pallet wrapping while guaranteeing maximum stability of the palletized load.
