TurboTak's patented design eliminates dragging film tails, which can falsely trigger AMR sensors and shut down production, with two stages of precise, high-velocity blasts of air: the first shapes the film web in the precise location. The second, more focused blast “nails” the film tail to the underlying layers of film. It is self-contained with no exposed mechanical components and needs no heat.
Load Seeking Clamp® 4.0 reduces film breaks and pull-outs at the start of the wrap cycle. It moves to the side of the load to attach film, ensuring the leading film tail is captured, and provides three times the holding force of conventional clamps.
