From a deck of cards to a bundle of wood flooring
Wraps products whose length or height exceeds the capacity of an L-sealer.
These intermittent-motion side sealers wrap products at moderate speed where product length or height exceeds the capacity of an L-sealer. They are flexible enough to wrap anything from a deck of cards to a bundle of wood flooring.

Versa Seal belts control film tension, so consistent seals use the absolute minimum film width possible, saving money on every package.
Runs 3 shifts per day, 7 days a week.
Made-in-the-USA quality and customer support, plus an industry-leading 10-Year Built-Better Backed-Better Warranty.
With film and conveyor speeds of 100 feet per minute, the ISS has plenty of speed to handle a variety of applications. Flexibility and ease of use are hallmarks of its design. Standard autospacing control, horizontal and vertical photoeyes, and precisely variable conveyor speeds that relax the film between products let it accommodate randomly fed or choke-spaced product. It accurately separates them for reliable, consistent packages using the absolute minimum amount of film.
Both models use Texwrap’s exclusive, patented Versa Seal (TVS) side seal for consistent, high-quality seals across a wide range of film types and gauges, with little or no adjustment. The TVS clamps the film tightly between parallel belts while a heating element seals and separates it. The slightly diverging belts keep clamping the film securely, which lets the seal cure and assures reliable scrap and trim separation. The belts also control film tension, so consistent, strong seals are made with the absolute minimum film width possible, saving money on every package. With very few moving parts, no air and an uncoated sealing element, the rugged yet simple design needs very little maintenance.
The ISS-2410 runs large products at moderate speed and suits e-commerce fulfillment applications. The ISS-3618 runs very large products at moderate speed. Both are versatile enough to accommodate a variety of product sizes and configurations.
On the ISS-3618, the operator controls are on a swivel-mount panel that can be reached from either side of the machine. The instructions are easy to understand, film threading is fast and easy, and the scrap winder is very conveniently located, so operators can run the machine at maximum efficiency. Allen-Bradley controls, AC inverter-duty motors, restricted service-level menus and auto-tune heaters make it as popular with maintenance staffs as it is with operators. For shrink wrap applications that require a high level of production performance across a wide variety of product sizes, true 24/7 reliability, maximum product flexibility and minimum film usage, the ISS-3618 is the perfect solution.
The ISS Series is robust enough to run continuously, 3 shifts per day, 7 days a week. Each machine has 100 FPM conveyor speeds and Texwrap’s patented Motion Trim™ technology, maximizing speed yet minimizing wear on moving parts. Made-in-the-USA quality and customer support and Texwrap’s industry-leading 10-Year Built-Better Backed-Better Warranty ensure the lowest total cost of ownership in the industry.
