Made-in-the-USA quality and customer support, plus an industry-leading 10-Year Built-Better Backed-Better Warranty.
Each T-200 Series machine can be configured with a selection of standard and custom collation systems to achieve the desired multipack configuration. Ideal products include boxes, loaded trays, canisters and other rigid containers. With a heavy-duty frame design, the 200 Series can be used in various environments and run continuously 24/7 for dependable, reliable operation. Its servo-driven seal assembly creates consistent, reliable seals with a lower cost of ownership than machines with pneumatic seal assemblies.
This bullseye wrapping equipment is unique in its ability to shrink wrap products without overheating them. The tunnel discharge cooling station quickly cools the film to preserve product integrity, making it ideal for multipacking ice cream or other dairy items where temperature control is critical.
The next-generation Tekkra 200 Series can be configured with numerous standard and custom infeed and collation options, producing bullseye multipack configurations for a variety of industries and applications. Application examples include dairy and ice cream, personal, industrial, pharmaceutical, and beverage and juice. The machine contains and assists product through the entire shrink wrap process, so it is perfect for turning unsupported product (not in a tray or on a pad) into a multipack.
Its multipack bundles are ideal for product distribution throughout the entire supply chain. They eliminate the need for cartons, trays or cases, reducing packaging and freight costs. The modular design offers the opportunity to customize for maximum productivity and plant layout, still with a six-week reduction in manufacturing build time.
For the dairy industry, and ice cream applications in particular, the intermittent-motion 200 Series comes standard with a NEMA 4X electrical package and stainless steel mesh, metal-framed guard doors. Its dairy version has a compact, heavy-duty stainless steel tubular frame. Cartons, tubs, pails and other dairy items are multipacked or bundled with one of the T-Series’ many collation systems, including the T-Series Inverter, a servo-driven rotary turret for tapered tub products. The machine is also bottle-wrapping capable. Dairy features include the Allen-Bradley PLC/HMI interface for user-friendly, reliable operation and the servo-driven main ram for product control and simplified changeovers.
Tekkra shrink bundlers are robust enough to run continuously, 3 shifts per day, 7 days a week. Independent film feed drive motors give complete film application control at any production rate, resulting in less film per package. Air velocity and directional controls in each shrink tunnel give the end user the most consistent, best-looking, tightest shrink packages in the industry.
Texwrap’s vertically integrated manufacturing process means all its machines are designed, fabricated and assembled under one roof. Made-in-the-USA quality and customer support and Texwrap’s industry-leading 10-Year Built-Better Backed-Better Warranty ensure the lowest total cost of ownership in the industry.
