An easy-to-adjust wrap zone, superior sealing and control, adjustable airflow, easy maintenance and reduced changeover time.
Made-in-the-USA quality and customer support, plus an industry-leading 10-Year Built-Better Backed-Better Warranty.
Designed to handle a wide variety of packaged food and beverage products, the SRX uses a single roll of clear or printed film at speeds up to 60 cycles per minute. It is a continuous-motion platform that creates shrink-bundled bullseye packages. Its robust, industrial design was created with the operator in mind. It provides easy access for operation and maintenance and incorporates multiple features that reduce maintenance and improve ease of use.
The SRX-CTP is designed for tray packing loose product and shrink bundling. This continuous-motion tray shrink machine forms the tray around the product, then wraps it with a single roll of film. It adds a product handling and tray packing module to all of the access, maintenance and reliability features of the SRX-CTF.
The SRX-CUF shrink bundles loose products, such as bottles, cans and jars configured in a variety of patterns, in film with no supporting pad or tray. It meets the growing demand from both retailers and consumers for bundled loose products. The SRX-CTF and SRX-LTF shrink bundle products already in trays. The SRX-CTF runs up to 60 cycles per minute and the SRX-LTF up to 35, providing a shrink bundler to meet most applications. Every configuration accommodates either printed or clear film.
Texwrap incorporated features in the SRX Series that address customer needs, including an easy-to-adjust wrap zone, superior sealing and control, adjustable airflow, easy maintenance and reduced changeover time.
