The LSS-145 pairs Texwrap’s patented orbital servo head with a 200 feet per minute conveyor speed.
Runs 3 shifts per day, 7 days a week.
Made-in-the-USA quality and customer support, plus an industry-leading 10-Year Built-Better Backed-Better Warranty.
Lap sealers are most popular in applications that call for long runs of constant-sized products, because each product requires an individually sized plow and a specific width of film to be stocked. The LSS Series has a standard overhead film delivery, with an option for a floor-mount cradle with manual splice or a dual cradle with auto splice.
The series offers several models to accommodate various product sizes and production rates. The LSS-145 combines Texwrap’s patented orbital servo head with a 200 feet per minute conveyor speed, making it ideal for high-speed production environments.
LSS Series machines use patented Texwrap technology that ensures a consistent, quality seal at high speed. They are robust enough to run continuously, 3 shifts per day, 7 days a week. Either the Motion Trim or the orbital motion technology lets each machine maximize speed yet minimize wear on moving parts. Made-in-the-USA quality and customer support and Texwrap’s industry-leading 10-Year Built-Better Backed-Better Warranty ensure the lowest total cost of ownership in the industry.
