Texwrap’s highest-speed continuous-motion side sealer
Orbital motion drastically reduces the head movement needed to make each seal.
Texwrap’s highest-speed continuous-motion side sealer line uses orbital seal heads, patented by Texwrap, that combine very fast, precise servo controls with an elliptical motion of the sealing head.

Orbital motion drastically reduces the head movement needed to make each seal.
Handles fragile items from pizza to cakes and pies at speeds up to 250 per minute with the correct infeed.
Runs 3 shifts per day, 7 days a week.
Made-in-the-USA quality and customer support, plus an industry-leading 10-Year Built-Better Backed-Better Warranty.
The orbital motion allows extremely fast speeds by drastically reducing how far the head must move to make the seal. Combined with the 200 feet per minute conveyor speed and Texwrap’s exclusive Motion Trim™ technology, this makes the OSS the fastest and most flexible wrapper of its kind. The series is designed for the special requirements of a food production environment, including fast-paced bakery applications demanding the highest production rates. For these applications, an optional corrosion-resistant design features stainless steel construction and a removable washdown infeed.
The OSS-145 is Texwrap’s latest design advance for high-speed wrapping of packages where a side seal is desired. It retains all the hallmarks of design and proven reliability the market has come to expect from Texwrap, in a brand-new compact size. Its patented servo orbital head, 200 feet per minute conveyor speed and exclusive Motion Trim™ technology make it the fastest and most flexible wrapper of its kind.
Simplicity and ease of use were paramount in the OSS-145 design. The controls are easily accessible and intuitive to use. With color touchscreen controls on the swivel panel, easy-access sliding doors and an easy-mount, easy-thread film carriage, the machine gives new meaning to the term “operator-friendly.” The design appeals equally to maintenance departments: servo drives eliminate any requirement for shop air, and the sliding operator doors lift out completely for easy access to the wrapping area. From true Generation 3 servo design to solid 24/7 construction, the OSS-145 provides maximum reliability, ease of use and minimum maintenance requirements, resulting in the lowest total cost of ownership available on the market today.
The OSS-205 and OSS-209 are Texwrap’s patented servo orbital head wrappers for bakery applications demanding the highest production rates. Designed for the special requirements of a food production environment, the OSS-205S and OSS-209S have a corrosion-resistant design with stainless steel construction and a removable washdown infeed. When combined with the correct infeed system, each is capable of packaging speeds up to 250 per minute. Texwrap offers many different types of infeeds designed to handle a variety of bakery items. From pizza to cakes and pies, each product has very specific handling demands for running at high speed without damaging these very fragile products.
OSS Series systems use Texwrap’s patented orbital seal motion, which ensures a consistent, quality seal at high speed. They are robust enough to run continuously, 3 shifts per day, 7 days a week. The rugged yet simple design of the patented TVS side seal system produces the ultimate in consistent seal quality across a broad range of film types and gauges, with little or no adjustment. Very few moving parts, no air and an uncoated sealing element ensure consistent seal quality with very little maintenance.
Texwrap’s vertically integrated manufacturing process means all its machines are designed, fabricated and assembled under one roof. Made-in-the-USA quality and customer support and Texwrap’s industry-leading 10-Year Built-Better Backed-Better Warranty ensure the lowest total cost of ownership in the industry.
