Ideal for high-speed continuous wrapping
Precise product and film control allows high-speed operation with precise print registration.
These vertical seal systems are ideal for end-of-filling-line shrink packaging: products such as bottles, cans and jars can be wrapped while in the vertical position.

Precise product and film control allows high-speed operation with precise print registration.
A full trim seal instead of a lap seal securely encloses the product.
Runs 3 shifts per day, 7 days a week.
Made-in-the-USA quality and customer support, plus an industry-leading 10-Year Built-Better Backed-Better Warranty.
OVS machines use a full top or bottom trim seal instead of a lap seal to securely enclose the product. Besides providing an outstanding seal, this eliminates the unsightly seam across the side panel of the package that is common with other machines. The OVS is often used to multipack for retail sale, and its precise product and film control allows high-speed operation with precise print registration. When it is combined with an Automatic Label Positioning System (Orientor), all the labels in a multipack face precisely the same direction. The OVS can also rapidly form bags around stacks of food service disposables such as paper plates, using print-registered or clear film.
The sealing head is Texwrap’s patented servo orbital-motion head. It eliminates the need for the head to move with the product while the seal is being made, which dramatically increases the throughput speed of the wrapper. The exit conveyor speed is infinitely variable, so the conveyor can slow momentarily while the seal is being made, relieving film tension for superior seals with the absolute minimum amount of film.
Reducing maintenance requirements is an important part of the design of every Texwrap wrapper. These systems use “Generation 3” servo technology, designed from the ground up to integrate servo technology, PLC control and the mechanical elements of the machine. The result is a fast, reliable and flexible wrapper with minimal moving parts, minimal maintenance requirements and maximum performance.
OVS Series systems use Texwrap’s patented orbital seal motion, which ensures a consistent, quality seal at high speed. They are robust enough to run continuously, 3 shifts per day, 7 days a week. The rugged yet simple design of the patented TVS sealing system produces the ultimate in consistent seal quality across a broad range of film types and gauges, with little or no adjustment. Very few moving parts, no air and an uncoated sealing element ensure consistent seal quality with very little maintenance.
Texwrap’s vertically integrated manufacturing process means all its machines are designed, fabricated and assembled under one roof. Made-in-the-USA quality and customer support and Texwrap’s industry-leading 10-Year Built-Better Backed-Better Warranty ensure the lowest total cost of ownership in the industry.
