ProfitPack 2 Manual Case Packer, Erector + Sealer Cell
This case packer is perfect for situations where conventional pick-and-place automation often doesn’t work well or is prohibitively expensive. It provides on-demand case presentation and precise case positioning to the hand packing station, and its adjustable-height product conveyor belt provides an ergonomic work environment. The system gives the operator control of the entire process. This optimal combination of machines and people ensures products meet quality standards and are handled and packed properly in their cases.

- On-demand case presentationThe case erector automatically presents a case to the hand packing station. The case is stopped at the correct position by a separator.
- Precise case positioningAn integrated product conveyor infeed belt with variable frequency speed control transports the products to the hand packing station.
- Products within easy reachThe adjustable-height product conveyor belt offers the product at the required pack height.
- Square case erectingFrom picking up the blank from the magazine until the release of the erected and bottom-sealed case, the case is held in a square position.
- Controlled case releaseOnce the case is loaded, the filled case is easily released to the case sealer infeed with the shutter release.
- Square case sealingSpring-loaded side belts take over the case. The top flaps are closed and sealed, and a square case is delivered.
