AnyStack works at both ends of warehouse operations. Inbound, it creates single-SKU pallets from floor-loaded containers and trucks: the system measures each box, scans its barcode, then sorts and palletizes the boxes in the receiving area. Outbound, it plays real-world 3D Tetris® with parcels, creating stable, dense mixed pallets from a random sequence of boxes, with no upstream infrastructure such as long buffers or costly sequencers required.
It fits e-commerce fulfillment with unpredictable product assortments at high throughput, 3PL warehouses that adapt to multiple SKUs and packaging formats effortlessly, and retail distribution centers that automate outbound palletizing directly after pick and pack. AnyStack builds stable mixed pallets directly from random product flows. The 3D vision system captures box dimensions and orientation in real time. The AI engine selects the next optimal stacking position using real-time motion planning and physical constraints. The robot performs a collision-free move, placing each case precisely to form a stable mixed-SKU pallet.
Unattended inbound palletizing
AnyStack sorts and palletizes high-mix, floor-loaded inbound freight with no operator required. 3D vision identifies and dimensions inbound SKUs, with or without barcodes. AnyStack automatically sets the optimal pallet layout, previews it in a 3D simulation, starts palletizing and changes over automatically when a new product arrives.
