Automatic film cut, clamp, and spreading system (CS)

The cut, clamp, and spreading system ensures perfect adherence of the final film round on the wrapped product. Its pneumatic aluminum clamp holds film clearly and without slippage during cutting. Color touch screen

PVS carriage

The powered-stretch PVS carriage is controlled by two independent motors. Stretch ratio adjusts from the panel from 150% to 400%, while a patented electronic device controls force to the load and allows panel-based adjustment.

Horizontal rotating extendable arm

A robust structure made of 0.25-inch steel plate forms the backbone of the powerful rotating horizontal arm and the first adjustable rotating-arm machine.
