Proven over years of use
Texwrap’s standard forced air tunnels produce excellent results with most packages.
Designed to give outstanding shrink results on lower-speed applications, these forced air convection tunnels are generally paired with an L-sealer or intermittent-motion wrapper. They use large volumes of high-velocity air to impart the necessary energy to the film for the best shrink package.

Texwrap’s standard forced air tunnels produce excellent results with most packages.
Air flow to the top or bottom of the package is simple to adjust and fine-tune.
Texwrap’s standard forced air tunnels have proven over years of use that they can produce excellent results with most packages. Digital temperature controls, high-velocity fans, individual top and bottom controls for air direction and variable-speed conveyors all contribute to precise control of the process. Together they put the right amount of heat in the right places for the correct amount of time to produce outstanding shrink results.
The stainless steel mesh belt is standard; multiple belt options provide compatibility with various films and products, including heavier products…
Powder-coated steel finish is standard.
