CI2000 Inline Automatic Case Erector

This case erector is ideally suited for packaging lines with limited space or where packaging lines are positioned in close proximity to each other. Machine jams often happen at transition points through the erecting process. To combat this, the components of each Lantech case erector work in concert to produce solid, square cases without jamming.

Features & Capabilities

  • Ergonomic blank loadingThe magazine is easy to load, and blanks can be replenished while the machine operates. Magazine adjustments are simple and fast.
  • Blank delivery controlPowered belts precisely govern the delivery speed of the case blanks. Blank retainers ensure the blanks are spaced correctly.
  • Blank separationSpecial separators release only the leading blank to the pickup frame and retain the following blanks.
  • Square case erectingSix vacuum-powered suction cups hold the blank in the correct position after it leaves the magazine. Both leading panels are held securely.
  • Stationary flap foldingOnce the case is square, it is kept square by folding the flaps while it is stationary. This makes the case rigid and locks in the 90-degree angles.
  • Square case transitionA pusher bar, parallel to the rear wall of the case, pushes it into the sealing section, where spring-loaded side belts automatically adjust for any width variations.
  • Designed for operation in compact areas
  • Large case size range
  • Tape or hot melt closing
