SL400LT Rotary Arm Stretch Wrapper
This machine is Lantech's simple automation solution for manufacturing environments. It is ideal for very light, very heavy or very unstable loads, with little-to-no operator touches and virtually no downtime. It saves 2 minutes of forktruck labor per load and eliminates film breaks and film tails.
The machine is ideal for manufacturing environments. Load Guardian® removes the operator guesswork required to wrap a good, quality load at the lowest cost. Standard safety features include a large safety shield for the wrap zone, wrap cycle alarms and beacons, and a control panel mounted at the rear, away from the wrap zone. The 3-year warranty has no exclusions, unlimited cycles and no exceptions.

Lantech's film tail management solution
Its patented design eliminates dragging film tails by providing two stages of precise, high-velocity blasts of air. The first blast shapes the film web in the precise location; the second, more focused blast, “nails” the film tail to the underlying layers of film. Designed to survive warehouse environments, it is self-contained with no exposed mechanical components and does not require heat.

Improves uptime, wrap quality and reduces film breaks
Load Seeking Clamp 5.0 reduces film breaks and pull-outs at the start of the wrap cycle. It moves to the side of the load, ensuring the leading film tail is captured. It provides 3x the holding force of conventional clamps.
