Over 700,000 configurations

Add a remote station, slip sheet handling, depalletizing, multi-SKU palletizing and other modules. Each unit is tailored to exact requirements and ships with short lead times.

Portable and running within an hour

Every unit rolls on casters, needs no anchoring and is up and running within an hour. Units hook up to 480V power and compressed air, and standard setups need no on-site risk assessment.

No programming or robotics skills required

STACKiT needs no programming, calibration or robotics experience. Operators define the box and the pallet pattern, and STACKiT turns them into a robot program in seconds.

Handles all package types

Boxes, bags, cans, trays and bottles are handled with vacuum or mechanical end-of-arm tools, including sack grippers for heavy bags.

PALTZ is beRobox's plug-and-play palletizer and depalletizer. It is built to be the most flexible and user-friendly solution on the market for palletizing, depalletizing and repalletizing. beRobox designs and builds every unit in North America and tailors it to the application. An in-house engineering and development team handles custom projects.

The PALTZ.i35 is designed specifically for industrial applications. It has the payload capacity heavy bags require, with the compact footprint and plug-and-play simplicity of every PALTZ. In a beRobox application, a PALTZ.i35 with a sack gripper reliably palletizes 23 kg (50 lb) concrete bags. The unit hooks up to 480 V power and compressed air and runs STACKiT on its touchscreen.

Features & Capabilities

  • FANUC M-20iD/35 Industrial RobotA 35 kg (77 lb) payload robot on a heavy-duty palletizing base.
  • Collapsible Hard Fencing
  • Two Palletizing ZonesA pallet position on each side of the robot.
  • Infeed Skewed ConveyorConforms each incoming case to a consistent datum position for the robot to pick.
  • Lift GateControls the inflow of cases to the pick position.
  • Pallet Locators with Mechanical SensorsPallet sensors at each station ensure there is a pallet present and square to the base of the robot.
  • Product Presence SensorDetects cases at the pick position.
  • Pallet Status Indicator LightsLights on the front of the robot base show operators the status of each pallet station.
  • Operator Button SetStop, error reset, start, permission-to-enter and emergency stop buttons, so operators never need to touch the robot teach pendant.
  • 22" Touch Screen HMIRuns STACKiT for setup, operation and a live view of palletizing progress.
  • Pneumatic or Electric GripperChoose a pneumatic gripper, which needs compressed air, or an electric gripper.
  • Variable Multi-Pick CapablePicks two or more cases at a time: at two cases per pick, 11 cycles per minute becomes 22 cases per minute. One to two cases per pick is standard; three or more is an option.

STACKiT

Palletizing software built for operators, not programmers

STACKiT is beRobox's own palletizing and depalletizing software, and every PALTZ runs it. Setup takes four steps: define the case (dimensions, weight and label position if needed), set up the pallet (dimensions and stack limits for maximum pallet weight and height), build the pattern (automatic or custom) and configure the stack (layers and slipsheets). A live view tracks palletizing progress.
