Over 700,000 configurations
Start from the CD25 and add reach, slip sheet handling, depalletizing and other modules. Each unit is tailored to exact requirements and ships with short lead times.
This UR20 cobot unit handles cases up to 25 kg (55 lb) at up to 14 PPM and stacks up to 85 in. 3D Dynamic Safety uses 3D ultrasonic technology, with a protective zone that moves with the robot. Two pallet zones and an infeed skewed conveyor come standard.

Start from the CD25 and add reach, slip sheet handling, depalletizing and other modules. Each unit is tailored to exact requirements and ships with short lead times.
Units roll on casters, plug into standard 120V power and shop air, and go from mobile to fully deployed in under 5 minutes.
STACKiT software and the skewed infeed conveyor eliminate programming and calibration. Operators enter case dimensions, case weight and pallet size, and STACKiT generates the stacking pattern.
Boxes, bags, cans, trays, bottles and buckets are handled with standard vacuum or mechanical end-of-arm tools, with custom tools available for unique products.

3D Dynamic Safety
3D Dynamic Safety introduces a new approach to robotic palletizing safety. Powered by 3D ultrasonic technology, its protective zone moves with the robot, enabling greater operational flexibility and productivity.
In collaboration with

Rather than simply detecting when something enters a predefined zone, the system continuously tracks its presence in 3D space.

3D ultrasonic technology moves the detection zone with the robot, enabling greater operational flexibility and productivity.

The robot autonomously slows down, stops or resumes normal speed as conditions change.

beRobox's 3D Dynamic Safety solution integrates Sonair's ADAR One ultrasonic sensor, certified for SIL 2 / PL d applications. By combining certified sensing technology with its expertise in robotic palletizing, beRobox brings a new level of intelligence and flexibility to industrial automation.
PALTZ.CD25
PALTZ is beRobox's plug-and-play palletizer and depalletizer. It is built to be the most flexible and user-friendly solution on the market for palletizing, depalletizing and repalletizing. beRobox designs and builds every unit in North America and tailors it to the application. An in-house engineering and development team handles custom projects.
The PALTZ.CD25 is a cobot palletizing cell with a Universal Robots UR20 cobot, a 25 kg (55 lb) payload, two pallet zones, an infeed skewed conveyor and 3D Dynamic Safety. The unit stays plug-and-play: it rolls on casters, and STACKiT builds the pallet pattern.
A 25 kg payload collaborative robot.
A pallet position on each side of the robot, so an operator can swap a full pallet while the robot keeps building on the other.
Skewed rollers align each case against one side of the conveyor, giving the robot a consistent pick position.
Detects when a case is in position and ready to pick.
Runs STACKiT for setup, operation and a live view of palletizing progress.
Choose a pneumatic gripper, which needs compressed air, or an electric gripper.
Changes how many cases the robot takes from one pick to the next, for example one case, then two, to build complex pallet patterns. One to two cases per pick is standard; three or more is an option.

STACKiT
STACKiT is beRobox's own palletizing and depalletizing software, and every PALTZ runs it. Setup takes four steps: define the case (dimensions, weight and label position if needed), set up the pallet (dimensions and stack limits for maximum pallet weight and height), build the pattern (automatic or custom) and configure the stack (layers and slipsheets). A live view tracks palletizing progress.
