PALTZ Industrial Robot Palletizers

PALTZ industrial palletizers bring high-speed, high-payload palletizing and depalletizing to demanding end-of-line operations. Built with FANUC industrial robots with payloads up to 50 kg, they combine continuous performance, two palletizing zones and tall stacking capacity to deliver industrial-level speed and reliability for large-scale production in a compact footprint.

Over 700,000 configurations

Choose the robot, safety, end-of-arm tooling and other modules that fit the application. Each unit is tailored to exact requirements and ships with short lead times.

Portable and running within an hour

Every unit rolls on casters, needs no anchoring and is up and running within an hour. Units hook up to 480V power and compressed air, and standard setups need no on-site risk assessment.

No programming or robotics skills required

STACKiT needs no programming, calibration or robotics experience: anyone who can use a cellphone can run it. Operators configure and launch production from the touchscreen.

Handles all package types

Boxes, bags, pails, cans, trays and bottles are handled with vacuum or mechanical end-of-arm tools, and the PALTZ.i50's built-in blower vacuum gives strong, reliable gripping.

PALTZ is beRobox's plug-and-play palletizer and depalletizer, built to be the most flexible and user-friendly solution on the market for palletizing, depalletizing and repalletizing. beRobox designs and builds every unit in North America, tailors it to the application and backs it with an in-house engineering and development team for custom projects.

The industrial series pairs the PALTZ platform with FANUC industrial robots: the PALTZ.i35 with an M-20iD/35 for 35 kg payloads at up to 11 PPM, and the PALTZ.i50 with an M-710iD/50M for 50 kg payloads from 14 PPM. Both come standard with collapsible hard fencing and a 22-inch touchscreen. The PALTZ.i35 palletizes up to 84 inches high, and the PALTZ.i50 up to 114 inches on pallets up to 48 x 48 inches.

The PALTZ.i50 is the first and only plug-and-play palletizer with a 50 kg payload and 1-hour deployment, and suits manufacturing, distribution centers and high-volume production lines.

Features & Capabilities

  • Two Palletizing ZonesA pallet position on each side of the robot. On the PALTZ.i50, an operator can remove a completed pallet while the robot keeps palletizing on the other.
  • Infeed Skewed ConveyorSkewed rollers align each case against one side of the conveyor, giving the robot a consistent pick position.
  • Pallet Locators with SensorsLocators set each pallet in position, and sensors confirm it is in place.
  • Product Presence SensorDetects when a case is in position and ready to pick.
  • 22" Touch Screen HMIRuns STACKiT for setup, operation and a live view of palletizing progress.
  • Pneumatic or Electric GripperChoose a pneumatic gripper, which needs compressed air, or an electric gripper.
  • Variable Multi-PickChanges how many cases each pick takes, one on one cycle and several on the next, to build complex pallet patterns and raise throughput. 1 to 2 cases is standard; 3 or more is optional.
  • Remote StationOptional. A complete station with a mirroring screen, or a simple button station, for managing the palletizer away from the cell.
  • Slipsheet PlacementOptional. Places slipsheets within the pallet pattern and handles rigid, semi-rigid or flexible sheets.
  • Multi-SKU PalletizingOptional. Handles two different products at once, building a separate pallet for each, using a barcode reader, parallel conveyors or a double-entry infeed conveyor.
  • MiR AMR IntegrationOptional. Integrates with MiR autonomous mobile robots, linking palletizing to internal transport in one end-of-line flow.

STACKiT

Palletizing software built for operators, not programmers

STACKiT is beRobox's own palletizing and depalletizing software, and every PALTZ runs it. Setup takes four steps: define the case (dimensions, weight and label position if needed), set up the pallet (dimensions and stack limits for maximum pallet weight and height), build the pattern (automatic or custom) and configure the stack (layers and slipsheets). A live view tracks palletizing progress.

STACKiT AI Vision

Depalletize and repalletize with auto-calibrated AI vision

The Depal & Repal module depalletizes and repalletizes from known pallet pattern data or with patent-pending STACKiT AI Vision. The vision system detects cases with AI, calibrates itself automatically and adapts to real-world pallet conditions, with no manual setup. It also supports automatic variable multipick, plans efficient robot paths and shows real-time 3D visual feedback.

A complete safety package for uninterrupted operation

The PALTZ.i50 comes with collapsible hard fencing, side doors, a full light curtain system and Request Access buttons that let operators safely mute one zone to swap a pallet while the robot keeps working, keeping operation compliant with maximum uptime.

Central-palletizer performance in a compact cell

Central-palletizer performance in a compact cell

The PALTZ.i50 runs from 14 cycles per minute with payloads up to 50 kg, and Variable Multipick raises throughput significantly, reaching performance comparable to central palletizers. It keeps one of the most compact footprints in its category.
