Installed in less than 1 hour
Installation by beRobox is not required: the plant team or an integrator deploys the unit using step-by-step tutorials.
This complete cobot palletizer comes at a budget-friendly price. A Universal Robots UR20 handles cases up to 25 kg (55 lb) at up to 7 PPM and stacks up to 80 in. A universal infeed conveyor and STACKiT software come with it. The unit moves into place by forklift and runs on a standard 120 V outlet.

Installation by beRobox is not required: the plant team or an integrator deploys the unit using step-by-step tutorials.
No additional options are required to make PALTZ.GO operational; the robot, conveyor, gripper, software and risk assessment all come with the unit.
Every PALTZ.GO comes with a complete risk assessment for collaborative operation, simplifying the path from delivery to production.
Operators create pallet patterns, manage products and adjust production settings in STACKiT from the HMI, without complex robot programming.
PALTZ.GO is the newest member of beRobox's PALTZ family. It is a streamlined robotic palletizer. It takes the Plug & Play philosophy further, making automation more accessible, easier to deploy and simple to operate. Designed and developed in North America, it brings beRobox's engineering and proven technology to a more accessible price point.
Everything needed to start palletizing comes with the unit. That includes the UR20 collaborative robot, a palletizing base with a 13-inch touchscreen, the universal infeed conveyor, STACKiT software and a standard vacuum gripper. Multi-Pick and slip sheet handling are available as options.

STACKiT is beRobox's own palletizing and depalletizing software, and every PALTZ runs it. Setup takes four steps: define the case (dimensions, weight and label position if needed), set up the pallet (dimensions and stack limits for maximum pallet weight and height), build the pattern (automatic or custom) and configure the stack (layers and slipsheets). A live view tracks palletizing progress.

With over 700,000 possible PALTZ configurations, only a few can be listed here. Ask an engineer to review your application and quote the exact setup you need.

Machines that form, pack and seal corrugated shipping cases and trays: case erectors, case and tray packers, case sealers and tray formers.

Machines that secure pallet loads and long products with stretch film: turntable, rotary arm, ring, mobile robot and orbital wrappers, plus hooders.

L-bar, side and sleeve sealers, sealer-tunnel systems, shrink tunnels and shrink bundlers for single items, multipacks and trays.

Conveyors, accumulation tables and feeders that move containers, products, cases and pallets through a packaging line.
