PALTZ.CF25UR-LA-SLIP 25kg Cobot Palletizer, Collapsible Fencing, Lift & Slip Sheets, UR20
Stack up to 115 in with this UR20 cobot palletizer. It combines a vertical lift, slip sheet handling and collapsible hard fencing on a mobile PALTZ base with two pallet zones. It runs at up to 11 PPM with cases up to 25 kg (55 lb).

Units roll on casters, plug into standard 120V power and shop air, and go from mobile to fully deployed in under 5 minutes. Standard setups need no on-site risk assessment.
No programming or robotics skills required
STACKiT software and the skewed infeed conveyor eliminate programming and calibration. Operators enter case dimensions, case weight and pallet size, and STACKiT generates the stacking pattern.
Handles all package types
Boxes, bags, cans, trays, bottles and buckets are handled with standard vacuum or mechanical end-of-arm tools, with custom tools available for unique products.

The PALTZ.CF25UR-LA-SLIP starts from the fenced Universal Robots UR20 unit, with its 25 kg (55 lb) payload and two pallet zones. It adds two modules: a vertical lift for taller stacks and slip sheet handling. It runs at up to 11 PPM and stacks up to 115 inches.

STACKiT
Palletizing software built for operators, not programmers
STACKiT is beRobox's own palletizing and depalletizing software, and every PALTZ runs it. Setup takes four steps: define the case (dimensions, weight and label position if needed), set up the pallet (dimensions and stack limits for maximum pallet weight and height), build the pattern (automatic or custom) and configure the stack (layers and slipsheets). A live view tracks palletizing progress.
Collapsible Fencing
Full production speed behind collapsible fencing
Collapsible hard fencing lets the cobot run at full production speed instead of collaborative speed and palletize higher. This unit palletizes at up to 11 PPM and stacks up to 115 in. The fencing collapses, so the unit stays portable.
Slip Sheet Handling
Slipsheets placed automatically within the pallet pattern
The slipsheet module places slipsheets within the pallet pattern and accommodates any type, whether rigid, semi-rigid or flexible. On the PALTZ.CF25UR-LA-SLIP, it works with the vertical lift, which raises the robot so it can stack up to 115 in.
