Over 700,000 configurations
Add a remote station, slip sheet handling, depalletizing, multi-SKU palletizing and other modules. Each unit is tailored to exact requirements and ships with short lead times.
The first and only 50 kg plug-and-play palletizer is a compact, mobile cell with a FANUC M-710iD/50M robot. It handles up to 50 kg (110 lb) from 14 PPM and stacks up to 114 in. Its performance matches central palletizers. A built-in blower vacuum grips heavy or bulky products, and zone muting keeps it running during pallet swaps.

Add a remote station, slip sheet handling, depalletizing, multi-SKU palletizing and other modules. Each unit is tailored to exact requirements and ships with short lead times.
Every unit rolls on casters, needs no anchoring and is up and running within an hour. Units hook up to 480V power and compressed air, and standard setups need no on-site risk assessment.
STACKiT needs no programming, calibration or robotics experience: anyone who can use a cellphone can run it. Operators configure and launch production from the touchscreen.
Boxes, bags, pails, cans, trays and bottles are handled with vacuum or mechanical end-of-arm tools, with custom tools available for unique products.
PALTZ is beRobox's plug-and-play palletizer and depalletizer. It is built to be the most flexible and user-friendly solution on the market for palletizing, depalletizing and repalletizing. beRobox designs and builds every unit in North America and tailors it to the application. An in-house engineering and development team handles custom projects.
The PALTZ.i50 brings industrial power to plug-and-play palletizing in a compact design. It is built for high-speed, heavy-duty work with boxes, bags, pails, bottles and complex multipick patterns. It suits manufacturing, distribution centers and high-volume production lines. Connect power and air and it is ready to operate. Anyone who can use a cellphone can run it through STACKiT.

STACKiT is beRobox's own palletizing and depalletizing software, and every PALTZ runs it. Setup takes four steps: define the case (dimensions, weight and label position if needed), set up the pallet (dimensions and stack limits for maximum pallet weight and height), build the pattern (automatic or custom) and configure the stack (layers and slipsheets). A live view tracks palletizing progress.

The PALTZ.i50 comes with collapsible hard fencing, side doors, a full light curtain system and Request Access buttons that let operators safely mute one zone to swap a pallet while the robot keeps working, keeping operation compliant with maximum uptime.

The PALTZ.i50 runs from 14 cycles per minute with payloads up to 50 kg, and Variable Multipick raises throughput significantly, reaching performance comparable to central palletizers. It keeps one of the most compact footprints in its category.

| SpeedPPM (picks per minute) is how many pick-and-place cycles the robot completes each minute; with multi-pick, one pick can move two or more cases, so cases per minute can be higher. | From 14 PPM 2 cases per pick = 28 cases per minute |

A complete station with a mirroring screen, or a simple button station, for managing the palletizer away from the cell.

Places slipsheets within the pallet pattern and handles rigid, semi-rigid or flexible sheets.

Depalletizes and repalletizes from known pallet pattern data or with patent-pending STACKiT AI Vision, which detects cases with AI, calibrates…

Handles two different products at once, building a separate pallet for each, using a barcode reader, parallel conveyors or a double-entry infeed…

A custom-built end-of-arm tool for products that need more than the standard vacuum or mechanical grippers.

Upgrades picking from the standard one to two cases at a time to three or more.

Integrates with MiR autonomous mobile robots, linking palletizing to internal transport in one end-of-line flow.
