Over 700,000 configurations
Start from the C30DS and add safety scanners or fencing, reach, slip sheet handling, depalletizing and other modules. Each unit is tailored to exact requirements and ships with short lead times.
Built with a 30 kg Doosan P3020 cobot, this mobile PALTZ cell handles cases up to 66 lb at up to 6 PPM. It has two pallet zones, needs no programming and works alongside operators. Optional PALTZ modules let it grow with the operation.

Start from the C30DS and add safety scanners or fencing, reach, slip sheet handling, depalletizing and other modules. Each unit is tailored to exact requirements and ships with short lead times.
Units roll on casters, plug into standard 120V power and shop air, and go from mobile to fully deployed in under 5 minutes. Standard setups need no on-site risk assessment.
STACKiT software and the skewed infeed conveyor eliminate programming and calibration. Operators enter case dimensions, case weight and pallet size, and STACKiT generates the stacking pattern.
Boxes, bags, cans, trays, bottles and buckets are handled with standard vacuum or mechanical end-of-arm tools, with custom tools available for unique products.
PALTZ is beRobox's plug-and-play palletizer and depalletizer. It is built to be the most flexible and user-friendly solution on the market for palletizing, depalletizing and repalletizing. beRobox designs and builds every unit in North America and tailors it to the application. An in-house engineering and development team handles custom projects.
The PALTZ.C30DS is the base collaborative unit with the Doosan P3020. It has a 30 kg (66 lb) payload, two pallet zones and an infeed skewed conveyor on a mobile base. At collaborative speed, it palletizes at up to 6 PPM and stacks up to 60 inches. Adding safety scanners or collapsible fencing raises this to up to 10 PPM and 94 inches. Those versions are the PALTZ.CS30DS and PALTZ.CF30DS.

STACKiT is beRobox's own palletizing and depalletizing software, and every PALTZ runs it. Setup takes four steps: define the case (dimensions, weight and label position if needed), set up the pallet (dimensions and stack limits for maximum pallet weight and height), build the pattern (automatic or custom) and configure the stack (layers and slipsheets). A live view tracks palletizing progress.

Area zone scanners let the cobot run at full production speed, up to 10 PPM, instead of collaborative speed.

Collapsible hard fencing lets the cobot run at full production speed, up to 10 PPM, and folds down so the unit stays portable.

A vertical lift or a riser extends the robot's reach so it can palletize taller loads.

A complete station with a mirroring screen, or a simple button station, for managing the palletizer away from the cell.

Places slipsheets within the pallet pattern and handles rigid, semi-rigid or flexible sheets.

Depalletizes and repalletizes from known pallet pattern data or with patent-pending STACKiT AI Vision, which detects cases with AI, calibrates…

Handles two different products at once, building a separate pallet for each, using a barcode reader, parallel conveyors or a double-entry infeed…

A custom-built end-of-arm tool for products that need more than the standard vacuum or mechanical grippers.
