PALTZ.CF25 25kg Cobot Palletizer with Collapsible Fencing, Universal Robots UR20
Fenced for full-speed palletizing, this UR20 cobot unit handles cases up to 25 kg (55 lb) at up to 11 PPM. It stacks up to 85 in. Two pallet zones and an infeed skewed conveyor come standard. Optional PALTZ modules let it grow with the operation.

Units roll on casters, plug into standard 120V power and shop air, and go from mobile to fully deployed in under 5 minutes. Standard setups need no on-site risk assessment.
No programming or robotics skills required
STACKiT software and the skewed infeed conveyor eliminate programming and calibration. Operators enter case dimensions, case weight and pallet size, and STACKiT generates the stacking pattern.
Handles all package types
Boxes, bags, cans, trays, bottles and buckets are handled with standard vacuum or mechanical end-of-arm tools, with custom tools available for unique products.

An in-house engineering and development team handles custom projects.
The PALTZ.CF25, the collapsible-fencing version of the PALTZ.C25, is a cobot palletizing cell with a Universal Robots UR20 cobot, a 25 kg (55 lb) payload, two pallet zones and an infeed skewed conveyor. The unit stays plug-and-play: it rolls on casters, and STACKiT builds the pallet pattern.

STACKiT
Palletizing software built for operators, not programmers
STACKiT is beRobox's own palletizing and depalletizing software, and every PALTZ runs it. Setup takes four steps: define the case (dimensions, weight and label position if needed), set up the pallet (dimensions and stack limits for maximum pallet weight and height), build the pattern (automatic or custom) and configure the stack (layers and slipsheets). A live view tracks palletizing progress.
Collapsible Fencing
Full production speed behind collapsible fencing
Collapsible hard fencing lets the cobot run at full production speed instead of collaborative speed and palletize higher. The PALTZ.CF25 palletizes at up to 11 PPM, compared with up to 6 PPM for the collaborative PALTZ.C25, and stacks up to 85 in instead of 60 in. The fencing collapses, so the unit stays portable.
