PALTZ.CF30DS 30kg Cobot Palletizer with Collapsible Fencing, Doosan P3020
For taller loads, this Doosan P3020 cobot palletizer stacks up to 94 in. It runs at up to 10 PPM with cases up to 30 kg (66 lb). Collapsible hard fencing with a front scanner comes standard. Optional PALTZ modules let it grow with the operation.

Portable and running within an hour
Units roll on casters, plug into standard 120V power and shop air, and go from mobile to fully deployed in under 5 minutes. Standard setups need no on-site risk assessment.
No programming or robotics skills required
STACKiT software and the skewed infeed conveyor eliminate programming and calibration. Operators enter case dimensions, case weight and pallet size, and STACKiT generates the stacking pattern.
Handles all package types
Boxes, bags, cans, trays, bottles and buckets are handled with standard vacuum or mechanical end-of-arm tools, with custom tools available for unique products.

The PALTZ.CF30DS, the collapsible-fencing version of the PALTZ.C30DS, is a cobot palletizing cell with a Doosan P3020 cobot, a 30 kg (66 lb) payload, two pallet zones and an infeed skewed conveyor, plus a scanner at the front. The unit stays plug-and-play: it rolls on casters, and STACKiT builds the pallet pattern.

STACKiT
Palletizing software built for operators, not programmers
STACKiT is beRobox's own palletizing and depalletizing software, and every PALTZ runs it. Setup takes four steps: define the case (dimensions, weight and label position if needed), set up the pallet (dimensions and stack limits for maximum pallet weight and height), build the pattern (automatic or custom) and configure the stack (layers and slipsheets). A live view tracks palletizing progress.
Collapsible Fencing
Full production speed behind collapsible fencing
Collapsible hard fencing lets the cobot run at full production speed instead of collaborative speed and palletize higher. The PALTZ.CF30DS palletizes at up to 10 PPM, compared with up to 6 PPM for the collaborative PALTZ.C30DS, and stacks up to 94 in instead of 60 in. The fencing collapses, so the unit stays portable.
