Where product arrives from the left, this FANUC CRX-30iA cobot palletizer takes it from a 90° left infeed conveyor. Collapsible hard fencing lets it run at up to 10 PPM. It stacks cases up to 30 kg (66 lb) up to 92 in on a mobile PALTZ base.

The PALTZ.CF30CRX-90L starts from the fenced FANUC CRX-30iA unit, with its 30 kg (66 lb) payload and two pallet zones. It adds a 90° infeed conveyor on the left. It runs at up to 10 PPM and stacks up to 92 inches.

STACKiT
Palletizing software built for operators, not programmers
STACKiT is beRobox's own palletizing and depalletizing software, and every PALTZ runs it. Setup takes four steps: define the case (dimensions, weight and label position if needed), set up the pallet (dimensions and stack limits for maximum pallet weight and height), build the pattern (automatic or custom) and configure the stack (layers and slipsheets). A live view tracks palletizing progress.
Collapsible Fencing
Full production speed behind collapsible fencing
Collapsible hard fencing lets the cobot run at full production speed instead of collaborative speed and palletize higher. This unit palletizes at up to 10 PPM and stacks up to 92 in. The fencing collapses, so the unit stays portable.
