PALTZ.CF30DS-2ST 30kg Cobot Palletizer, Collapsible Fencing, 2 Parallel Conveyors, Doosan P3020

To palletize two SKUs at once, this Doosan P3020 cobot unit takes product from two parallel infeed conveyors behind collapsible hard fencing. It runs at up to 10 PPM with cases up to 30 kg (66 lb) and stacks up to 94 in.

Over 700,000 configurations

Start from the CF30DS-2ST and add reach, slip sheet handling, depalletizing and other modules. Each unit is tailored to exact requirements and ships with short lead times.

Portable and running within an hour

Units roll on casters, plug into standard 120V power and shop air, and go from mobile to fully deployed in under 5 minutes. Standard setups need no on-site risk assessment.

No programming or robotics skills required

STACKiT software and the skewed infeed conveyor eliminate programming and calibration. Operators enter case dimensions, case weight and pallet size, and STACKiT generates the stacking pattern.

Handles all package types

Boxes, bags, cans, trays, bottles and buckets are handled with standard vacuum or mechanical end-of-arm tools, with custom tools available for unique products.

PALTZ is beRobox's plug-and-play palletizer and depalletizer. It is built to be the most flexible and user-friendly solution on the market for palletizing, depalletizing and repalletizing. beRobox designs and builds every unit in North America and tailors it to the application. An in-house engineering and development team handles custom projects.

The PALTZ.CF30DS-2ST starts from the fenced Doosan P3020 unit, with its 30 kg (66 lb) payload and two pallet zones. It adds two side-by-side infeed conveyors. It runs at up to 10 PPM and stacks up to 94 inches.

Features & Capabilities

  • Doosan P3020 Collaborative RobotA 30 kg payload collaborative robot.
  • Collapsible Hard FencingEnables full production speed, up to 10 PPM, and collapses so the unit stays portable.
  • Two Parallel Infeed ConveyorsTwo side-by-side infeed conveyors, one of the ways PALTZ manages two different SKUs at once.
  • Two Palletizing ZonesA pallet position on each side of the robot, so each SKU can build on its own pallet.
  • Infeed Skewed ConveyorSkewed rollers align each case against one side of the conveyor, giving the robot a consistent pick position.
  • Pallet Locators with Sensors
  • Product Presence SensorDetects when a case is in position and ready to pick.
  • 15" Touch Screen HMIRuns STACKiT for setup, operation and a live view of palletizing progress.
  • Pneumatic or Electric GripperChoose a pneumatic gripper, which needs compressed air, or an electric gripper.
  • Variable Multi-Pick CapableChanges how many cases the robot takes from one pick to the next, for example one case, then two, to build complex pallet patterns. One to two cases per pick is standard; three or more is an option.
Palletizing software built for operators, not programmers
STACKiT

Palletizing software built for operators, not programmers

STACKiT is beRobox's own palletizing and depalletizing software, and every PALTZ runs it. Setup takes four steps: define the case (dimensions, weight and label position if needed), set up the pallet (dimensions and stack limits for maximum pallet weight and height), build the pattern (automatic or custom) and configure the stack (layers and slipsheets). A live view tracks palletizing progress.

Full production speed behind collapsible fencing
Collapsible Fencing

Full production speed behind collapsible fencing

Collapsible hard fencing lets the cobot run at full production speed instead of collaborative speed and palletize higher. This unit palletizes at up to 10 PPM and stacks up to 94 in. The fencing collapses, so the unit stays portable.

Palletize two SKUs at once on one palletizer

Palletize two SKUs at once on one palletizer

The Multi SKUs module lets one PALTZ handle two different products at the same time, building a separate pallet for each in its two palletizing zones. Products are kept apart by a barcode reader that identifies each case, by parallel conveyors or by a double-entry infeed conveyor.
