PALTZ.CF30DS-DEPV 30kg Cobot Palletizer, Collapsible Fencing, AI Vision Depal, Doosan P3020
STACKiT AI Vision lets this Doosan P3020 cobot unit depalletize and repalletize as well as palletize. It handles cases up to 30 kg (66 lb) at up to 10 PPM and stacks up to 94 in. Collapsible hard fencing and two pallet zones sit on a mobile PALTZ base.

Portable and running within an hour
Units roll on casters, plug into standard 120V power and shop air, and go from mobile to fully deployed in under 5 minutes. Standard setups need no on-site risk assessment.
No programming or robotics skills required
STACKiT software and the skewed infeed conveyor eliminate programming and calibration. Operators enter case dimensions, case weight and pallet size, and STACKiT generates the stacking pattern.
Handles all package types
Boxes, bags, cans, trays, bottles and buckets are handled with standard vacuum or mechanical end-of-arm tools, with custom tools available for unique products.

The PALTZ.CF30DS-DEPV starts from the fenced Doosan P3020 unit, with its 30 kg (66 lb) payload and two pallet zones. It adds the Depal & Repal module with STACKiT AI Vision, so it can unload pallets as well as build them. It runs at up to 10 PPM and stacks up to 94 inches.

STACKiT
Palletizing software built for operators, not programmers
STACKiT is beRobox's own palletizing and depalletizing software, and every PALTZ runs it. Setup takes four steps: define the case (dimensions, weight and label position if needed), set up the pallet (dimensions and stack limits for maximum pallet weight and height), build the pattern (automatic or custom) and configure the stack (layers and slipsheets). A live view tracks palletizing progress.
Collapsible Fencing
Full production speed behind collapsible fencing
Collapsible hard fencing lets the cobot run at full production speed instead of collaborative speed and palletize higher. This unit palletizes at up to 10 PPM and stacks up to 94 in. The fencing collapses, so the unit stays portable.

Depalletize and repalletize with auto-calibrated AI vision
The Depal & Repal module depalletizes and repalletizes from known pallet pattern data or with patent-pending STACKiT AI Vision. The vision system detects cases with AI, calibrates itself automatically and adapts to real-world pallet conditions, with no manual setup. It also supports automatic variable multipick, plans efficient robot paths and shows real-time 3D visual feedback.
